Weekday meets will begin at 5pm.
Everyone is invited to attend conference prelims. However, in order to attend conference finals, you must place top 16 at the prelims meet. Please make note that conference finals is also the same day as Magnet's homecoming, which will begin at 8pm.
The state championship is qualification only. Please see the State Meet tab for more information.
For USA Swimming members only: Conference meet will be observed. Times will count.
Most of our dual meets are held here at Town South Swim Club. Dual meets usually consist of Magnet vs another team (Magnet vs. Byrd for example), but sometimes have one more team with only a few swimmers (Magnet vs. Byrd vs. Parkway for example).
This is an outdoor facility with two 25-yard pools, one 6 lane for competition, and one 4 lane for warmup/warmdown.
There is plenty of seating provided, as well as plenty of room to bring your own chairs.
Heat lamps are provided when there are meets during cold weather.
Magnet will host an invitational here as our last meet of the season before Louisiana Division II High School State Championships.
The YMCA of Northwest Louisiana hosts 2-3 big high school invitational meets each season, consisting of all the teams in the surrounding area, including Ruston and Alexandria.
This is an indoor facility with two 8 lane 25-yard pools, one used for competition, and the other used for warmup/warmdown.
There are bleachers lining the back wall for spectators/athletes, as well as plenty of room outside for chairs and tents.
Lambright Sports and Wellness Center is on Louisiana Tech's campus in Ruston and hosts 2-3 big high school invitational meets each season.
This is an indoor facility with an 8 lane 25-yard pool and 1 lane of warmup/warmdown.
There are bleachers set up in a stadium style facing the pool for spectators/athletes, as well as limited room for chairs around the pool deck.
Lambright hosts the Red River High School Conference meet, which is a prelims/finals meet that gives us a good look into how our state meet will go.
Sulphur Parks and Recreation is where the LHSAA High School Swimming state championship meet is held for all 4 divisions.
The aquatic center has an 8 lane 25 yard pool for competition, as well as a 10 lane 25 yard pool for warmup/warmdown.
The aquatic center has bleachers lining each wall for athletes, with limited space on deck for chairs for spectators. The waterpark outside is utilized as overflow space for spectators.
This year's state meet for Division II falls on November 22 and 23.
