The Boston Area Rape Crisis Center has a 24/7 hotline for survivors of sexual violence ages 12 or older. The hotline is also available to survivors' friends and families, as well as other professionals.
The Network/La Red hotline provides support, information, and safety planning to anyone in the LBGTQ community who are being abused, or have been abused, by a partner. The hotline is also open to friends and family, as well as others who work on domestic violence issues in the LGBTQ community.
Available to anyone who is a survivor of domestic violence or sexual violence. New Hope primarily serves Central and Southeastern Massachusettts.

The Trans Lifeline helps transgender people in mental health crisis. Anyone who is struggling with gender identity or unsure if they are transgender can call this line for support. Deaf transgender people are welcome to use this hotline for mental health support. The hotline’s main purpose is to prevent self harm and suicide. It also supports any transgender person in need by connecting them with other therapy and counseling services.

Our in-house location staff investigates each case of a missing child using computer technology, online research tools, and a massive national network of partners that includes local law enforcement agencies, the FBI, state missing children clearinghouses, schools, and other non-profit organizations. Photos of missing children are disseminated nationwide through the support of hundreds of media outlets, other businesses, and volunteers who share Child Find missing children posters.

Teens reach out for support on a variety of topics and are able to talk with a trained peer crisis intervention specialist who can listen, relate, and empathize while discussing healthy coping skills and encouraging help seeking behavior. The phone lines are open 24 hours a day. The helpline is answered by youth daily from 4-10pm. Outside of these hours, the phone lines are answered by adult volunteers from Lines for Life who also answer the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
