Staff will login to Schoolinks using Clever.

Parents will login to Schoolinks with their email on file  / Schoolinks with their email on file (Spanish).

Schoolinks is the universal platform for the High School and Beyond Plan graduation requirement in Washington State.    It also has other features such as: College Application Tracking (Transcript Requests, Letter of Recommendation Requests), Registering for Rep Visits and other events, Viewing Scholarships, and More.

Schoolinks offers translation in over 50 languages.  From both the staff page or student page, click on the Settings Icon ⚙️ > Language Translation.  It also offers Accessibility Accommodations by clicking on the "Person" in the bottom right corner of the website. 

To see what a student sees, click on Student Demo in the right hand cover of your Staff Homepage.  

High School and Beyond Plan Tasks have been assigned by OSPI and appear under the student "To Do List".   Remind students to click on "Show Remaining  To Dos" to open all of their tasks.  OSPI has issued benchmark check in dates throughout the year.

• • Students will request letters of recommendations for colleges in Schoolinks.

• Prior to requesting the letter, students should contact the teacher/counselor and ask them to write a letter of recommendation.  Students should also provide teachers/counselor with this Letter of Recommendation Information Form.

• Recommenders will receive an email notification from Schoolinks when a students submits a recommendation request.  

• MVHS Staff can access recommendations directly through the email notification or by navigating to the Recommendation Letter Portal within their Schoolinks account- Login to Schoolinks>Colleges>Recommendation Letters.  *Note: If the portal is disabled, it means no student has submitted a request yet. The portal will activate once a teacher receives their first recommendation request. 

• Non-district Staff can click a link in the notification email to create and account and access the request.  

• Before completing any Common App Teacher Evaluations, teacher must submit their teacher profile.  Click on the Blue Button on the top right corner labeled, Update Teacher Profile.  When asked the question, Do you complete applicants' academic ratings on the Common App Teacher Evaluation? Answer Yes.  This profile only needs to be completed once.  

• When ready to complete student's letter of recommendation request, click on Student Name>Fulfill>Complete Form and Upload Letter
