Aisha is a phenomenal staff member. Aisha is down to earth and simple. She loves to laugh and lend a helping hand. When Miss Aisha is not at work she is busy with her boys. She started in early childhood education in 2018 and worked her way from preschool to elementary to the ATP!
Dustin is a gem. He is also a football coach at Mountain View High School. He has a lot of experience with youth. Dustin has been working at MVLA since 2019.
Cass is a multitasking ninja. She can do six things at once while carrying on a deeply thoughtful conversation with you. She also knows all things related to cartoons and video games and is very crafty. Cass is magical and is able to engage with young people!
Tanner grew up in Sunnyvale. He is a graduate of Homestead High school. Tanner loves sports. His favorite is soccer and he plays and officiates the sport year round. In more relaxed settings he enjoys reading, watching movies and playing board and card games with family and friends.
Will Foster is excellent. He is highly reliable and is always ready to help students and staff. Will has a background in special education. He has been with MVLA since 2021.
Alex is an outstanding instructional aide, demonstrating exceptional creativity and initiative. She plays a pivotal role in creating, planning and executing events for students. She is incredibly supportive in bringing ideas to life.
Caneesha is an exceptionally dedicated and hardworking individual. She consistently maintains a calm demeanor, providing essential support to students who need assistance in managing their emotions. Caneesha is always willing to contribute, whether in the classroom or the community, and she brings a positive and helpful attitude to every task.
Luis is thrilled to join the wonderful MVLA community. His specialty is ABA work with students on the spectrum. Luis is passionate about equitable education for all and believes that with the right support, every student can thrive, learn, and grow. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, playing and coaching soccer, and spending time with his family.
Eric is a hardworking Instructional Aide who consistently goes above and beyond to support both students and staff. He is always willing to lend a hand and takes initiative without being asked. Outside of work, Eric is a devoted and proud father of three, balancing his professional dedication with a strong commitment to his family.
Maria is the program matriarch. Her role as a mother carries into her ability to reach and form connections with our students in ways only a "mother" can. Having grown up in Mountain View, Maria knows all the hidden gems tucked away across the Bay Area that we get to enjoy with our students.
