Career development opportunities vary by age group and are designed to align with the three stages of career development. These resources will help teachers integrate The Michigan Career Development Model (MCDM) into lessons and curriculum. 

Place, Project, & Problem (3P) Based Learning is a great way to connect career development because it allows students to be connected to community partners that are in the field and actually practice the skills needed for success in life and the world of work. The key is to make the connection to career development intentional! Here are some strategies:
