To ensure accurate record keeping and accountability, families are encouraged to submit class dues through MyPaymentsPlus. This secure online payment system provides an easy and convenient way to make payments while allowing both families and the school to maintain clear payment records.
If you do not have an active account, you will need your student's GTID# to set up your account.

Class dues help support a variety of student experiences throughout high school, including but not limited to:

• Student recognition programs and ceremonies, including certificates, medals, trophies, and other awards recognizing academic achievement, leadership, attendance, and student success.
• Graduation-related events and expenses, such as Senior Sunrise, Senior Sunset, Senior Picnic, Senior Breakfast, graduation programs, graduation tickets, and other commencement-related activities.
• Off-campus educational experiences, including transportation costs for class-sponsored field trips and other approved student events.
• Student incentives and recognition initiatives, such as Principal's List Breakfasts, Perfect Attendance celebrations, discipline-free incentives, end-of-year GMAs celebrations, and other programs that encourage academic achievement and positive behavior.
• School culture and engagement activities are designed to build school spirit, promote student involvement, and create memorable experiences throughout each student's high school career.
Please note that these are examples of how class dues may be used and are not intended to represent an exhaustive list of expenditures.
What if I do not pay my class dues?
Students who do not pay their class dues will have the outstanding balance added to their financial obligations. Any applicable restrictions associated with outstanding student debt will remain in effect until the balance is paid in full.
Additionally, unpaid class dues may delay the graduation clearance process, including the distribution of graduation tickets during the student’s senior year. To avoid delays, large lump-sum payments during the senior year, and restrictions associated with outstanding obligations, families are encouraged to pay class dues annually.
Are there any other fees that I need to pay?
Certain courses may require additional fees beyond regular school expenses. Examples include examination fees for students enrolled in International Baccalaureate (IB) or Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Students and families will be notified of any applicable fees by the course instructor or school.
Can class dues be paid for in installments?
No, all payments must be paid in full. Families are encouraged to make payments each year their student is enrolled to alleviate outstanding obligations of senior year.
Are class dues refundable?
Class dues are non-refundable because the funds are used to support class activities and expenses throughout the school year.
Are class dues the same as school fees?
No. Class dues are separate from other school-related fees. Students may also have financial obligations for items such as lost textbooks, Chromebooks, library books, parking permits, athletic participation, club memberships, uniforms, or course-specific fees (such as AP or IB examination fees).
What if my student transfers to another school?
Questions regarding class dues for transferring students should be directed to the school's bookkeeper, as refunds or transfers of funds may vary depending on the timing and circumstances.
