Maurdrice McNeill
Principal
Mr. McNeill is entering his second year as Principal at Hardaway.
He is a graduate of Albany State University. He served two years as an Assistant Principal at Hardaway before assuming the role of Principal for the 2022-2023 school year.
Matt Redmond
Assistant Principal
Entering his first year as an Assistant Principal at Hardaway, Mr. Redmond was previously at Northside High School where he taught Engineering.
He is an alum of the United States Military Academy and has spent over 15 years in education at the secondary level.
Dr. Kelvin Smith
Assistant Principal
Dr. Smith is entering his second year as an assistant principal at Hardaway.
He comes to HHS with over 20 years experience in education serving as a teacher, athletic director and most recently, the assistant principal at Manchester High School.
Erika Gandy
Assistant Principal
Mrs. Gandy is a graduate of Albany State and Columbus State University.
She joins the Hardaway's admin team from Arnold Magnet Academy where she served as an Academic Dean.
She has been in education for nine years and previously taught middle school science.
Kendall Mills
Athletic Director
Coach Mills has served as a physical education teacher and coach at Hardaway High School for over 20 years, with the last seven as an Athletic Director.
He currently coaches volleyball and boys' basketball, but has also coached a myriad of other sports. He has won over 300 games in varsity basketball and made Elite 8 appearances in volleyball.
Shane Larkin
Academic Dean
Serving in his first year as Academic Dean, Mr. Larkin taught social studies at Hardaway.
With close to twenty years in education, Mr. Larkin, a CSU alum, has also taught at Early College Academy and Arnold Magnet Academy, coaching multiple sports, and fulfilling roles on PBIS and SIP teams. In 2017, Mr. Larkin earned the honor of MCSD Teacher of the Year.
