Murray State 101

A little about me...

My name is Trey Book (he/him/his), and I am an Admission Counselor at Murray State University. My "main" recruitment territory includes the following Kentucky counties....

• Henderson, Daviess, Hancock, Breckinridge, McLean, Ohio, Grayson, Muhlenberg, Butler, Edmonson, Warren and Simpson 

and the following Indiana counties....

• Posey, Vanderburgh, Warrick, Spencer and Perry (I do service all of Indiana though)

I hail from Henderson, KY (Go Colonels!) and attended Murray State from 2016-2020. I started college as a Biology/Pre-Medical major, but after a year and a half into college I changed to Business Marketing!

I love being a Racer, and love to talk about Murray State and the college experience! Those four (and a half) years were some of the most fun and formative years of my life, and I have my family at MSU to thank for that.

I hope by creating this page it will become an (easy) one-stop shop for the necessary MSU information you need to help your students. Feel free to share this page with any other guidance counselor, teacher, student, parent, etc. who may be interested in Murray State!
