Oluwabunmi moved to Murray, KY, in December of 2019, after graduating from the Ph.D. program in Environmental Health Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, after accepting an Assistant professor position at Murray State University (MSU) in the Department of Occupational Safety and Health.
Oluwabunmi’s ultimate career goal is to be an accomplished teacher and researcher in environmental health and safety to prevent or mitigate the harmful effects of environmental factors on humans and the environment. Oluwabunmi is very passionate about people and has so much faith in the community vitality project because this would benefit the Murray community.
In her free time, She loves to spend time with family and friends and watch soccer games. She is an ardent fan of Arsenal F.C. She also loves to travel. Oluwabunmi is exceptionally grateful for the opportunity to serve the Murray community through the community vitality project.
