Across Europe, school principals are being asked to lead educational transformation — to make learning more inclusive, to support teacher development, and to build stronger school communities. But while expectations grow, support for leadership development often remains limited, and principals frequently face this responsibility in isolation.
The Principals’ Growth Network (PGN) was born out of this tension.
It builds on the lessons of previous Erasmus+ projects and the lived experiences of school leaders who asked:
What if we could grow stronger by growing together?
PGN responds by creating a space where principals from different countries can:
Share strategies that work
Learn from real cases
Reflect on how to lead with a growth mindset — not just in theory, but in daily school life
We believe that growth mindset is not just for students. It is equally essential for teachers and for those who lead them. School leaders need time to think, partners to talk with, and tools to guide change. PGN is a response to that need.
This project is more than a training course or a series of meetings — it’s an investment in the people who guide our schools. Because when school leaders grow, so does everyone around them.
