The Principals’ Growth Network (PGN) is a collaborative Erasmus+ project supported by six institutions from five European countries. Each partner brings a distinct contribution to leadership development and school improvement, enriching the network with expertise, diversity, and shared purpose.
Osnovna šola Marije Vere - Project Coordinator
Located in Kamnik, this public basic school serves students aged 6–15 and is deeply committed to inclusive education and teacher leadership. It leads the coordination of PGN, building on its previous experience with Erasmus+ projects such as MindSetGo 2.0, where it helped develop guides and tools on growth mindset. The school promotes shared leadership, innovation, and whole-school development.
STEP Institut
Based in Ljubljana, STEP Institute is a centre for applied psychology and entrepreneurship in education. With a focus on personal development, leadership training, and innovation, it supports the pedagogical design of PGN activities. The institute brings methodological expertise and ensures alignment with the principles of growth mindset and inclusive leadership.
Școala Gimnazială Nr. 4 Bistrița
This public lower-secondary school in northern Romania is recognised for its strong focus on inclusive education, especially for students from disadvantaged and rural communities. The school organises the hybrid PGN event on growth mindset and shares real-life leadership practices rooted in its local context.
Fridaskolan Vänersborg
Fridaskolan is a private, non-profit school group focused on student wellbeing, high academic standards, and leadership at all levels. The Vänersborg school supports PGN by sharing leadership practices and participating in peer-learning activities. Its contribution is shaped by a strong culture of character education and school-wide collaboration.
CPEIBas Arteaga de Sucina
A public school in the Region of Murcia, Arteaga provides education from Early Years to Secondary. The school coordinates PGN dissemination and contributes actively to training design. It promotes internationalisation, digital learning, and collaborative teacher development, with a particular emphasis on inclusion and equity.
