By the end of the project, participating school leaders will have:

• A deeper understanding of growth mindset theory applied to school leadership

• Practical tools to implement mindset-based strategies in their schools

• Increased capacity to lead with resilience, inclusion, and reflection

• A Sustainable European Network of School Leaders

The project aims to connect over 100 principals from across Europe, both directly and indirectly. This network will:

• Facilitate ongoing peer support and sharing of leadership practices.

• Enable future collaborative initiatives between schools and organisations.

• Strengthen a shared European identity among educational leaders.

• High-Quality Resources and Transferable Tools

PGN will deliver:

• A set of training resources, case studies, and leadership frameworks.

• Event formats (online and onsite) that can be replicated by other schools.

• Practical examples that help schools implement cultural change beyond the project.

• Local and Institutional Transformation

Participating schools will experience:

• More collaborative leadership cultures among school staff.

• Greater focus on inclusive practices and professional learning.

• Inspiration to develop new school-based projects as a result of PGN.
