As part of the Principals’ Growth Network initiative, this event in Bistrița brings together Romanian school principals and international partners for an inspiring day of reflection and exchange on growth mindset leadership in schools. Hosted by Școala Gimnazială Nr. 4, the event is designed to strengthen local leadership practices while connecting Romanian school leaders with peers from across Europe.

The day will feature two main components:

1. Benefits of a Growth Mindset in School Leadership
   Based on insights from two Erasmus+ projects (MindSetGO and Mindsetgo 2.0) , this session will explore how school leaders can foster a culture of effort, resilience, and continuous improvement among staff and students.
   
   

2. Romanian Case Study: Implementing Growth Mindset Practices
   A live presentation of real examples from schools that have integrated growth mindset principles into their pedagogical and leadership strategies.
   
   

In addition to the on-site participants, school leaders from across Europe will join virtually, coordinated with the PGN team in Slovenia. This hybrid format will allow for both local impact and transnational peer learning.

The event is open to Romanian school principals and educational leaders interested in joining the PGN network and learning from good practices in inclusive, growth-oriented leadership.
