Impact NW - Mindful Adult Development M.A.D.* Workshop series
Join Impact NW for a series of 3 workshops covering topics including mindfulness, strategies, emotional regulation techniques, and how to care for ourselves when things get hard. This series will have an additional focus on supporting families who have experienced domestic violence.
