Mindful Adult Development Workshop Series (M.A.D.)

Are you looking to enhance your connection between you and your child(ren)? M.A.D. Is a series of 3 workshops covering topics including mindfulness strategies, emotional regulation techniques, and how to care for ourselves when things get hard. This series will have an additional focus on supporting families who have experienced domestic violence. Children welcome!

Thursdays February 27th, March 6th, and March 13th from 6-7:30pm

Trauma Recovery & Empowerment Model (TREM) 

A group for folks that have experienced trauma in their lives who have also struggled with alcohol, substances, and/or their mental health. 

TREM guides you to practices around self-care, self-respect, & compassion for yourself & others around you.

Family Violence Coordinating Council (FVCC) General Meeting

When: Second Friday of Each Month


Where: The Multnomah Building at 503 SE Hawthorne in Room 315. We will plan to have someone in the lobby to help get you up to the third floor.
