Restraining Orders

Complete the full process of a protection order over the phone. To qualify for this service at the Gateway Center, a survivor or the abuser must live in Multnomah County, and be seeking protection from a intimate/x-intimate partner or sexual assault. 

How do I Access a Protection Order?

Protection Orders for survivors over 65 or living with a disability

Complete the full process of a protection order over the phone. To qualify for this service at the Gateway Center, a survivor must Live in Multnomah county, have a disability that substantially limits daily activity or be 65 or older, and be seeking an order against a family member, intimate partner or caretaker.
