Hello! I am Ms. Roman, and this is my sixth year teaching 2nd grade at Orchard Hill Elementary School! I live in Glen Gardner, New Jersey, and I have three cats (Abby, Libby, and Charlie). I love all animals, and I also help rescues bring dogs and cats to their foster or forever home through the Kindred Hearts Transport Connection and Many Paws Volunteer Transportation team. I am an avid hiker and love mountain biking too! I have two older sisters, Jessica and Melissa, and you will learn about them throughout our writing units! I also have a nephew, Jason, and you will get to know him throughout the school year too! Check out some of the pictures below to know more about me.

Abby is a rescue from New Jersey. Abby is Libby's sister. Abby loves cheesecake, ice cream, and feather toys! Abby loves to "help" Ms. Roman lesson plan by laying on Ms. Roman's computer. Abby lives with Ms. Roman in Glen Gardner!

Libby is a rescue from New Jersey. Libby is Abby's sister. Libby loves lounging in sunny spots, and she loves playing with her cat food and scoring "goals" by making food pieces go under the fridge!
Charlie
Charlie
Charlie is a rescue from Pennsylvania. Charlie enjoys sitting in sinks, watching water drip from faucets, and birdwatching at the windows.
