Gymnastics - Congratulations to the Girls' Gymnastics Team as Sectional Champions! Qualifying for the Team State competition next Friday are Macy Diemer, Kayla Kestner, Helen-Marie Lohr, Maggie Lundstrom, Gianna Omdahl, Ella Peterson, Bella Vincent, and Kate Zellmann. Qualifiers for individual competition include: Macy Diemer on floor, Kayla Kestner for bars, vault, and all-around, Ella Peterson on Beam, Bars, and all-around, Bella Vincent on Bars, and Kate Zellmann on vault.
College Visits - Attention juniors and seniors. College representatives continue to visit the Homestead counseling office. AP Testing - Attention AP Micro Economics and US Government students - if you have not returned your AP registration sheet and payment for AP tests, please do so as soon as possible. The deadline has passed but you can still register.

Spread the Word Day - Hi Homestead! This week, on Wednesday, March 4th, it is Spread the Word Day. This day is dedicated to showcasing the impact of inclusive language and actions so that the discrimination of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities can come to an end. This day is significant, so we're asking you all to join us in spreading inclusion. You can start today by pledging using this LINK! If you have any questions about making your pledge, you can contact Caroline Oberneder at oberncr@students.mtsd.k12.wi.us. Additionally, we have a poster hanging up in the HUB where you can sign your name to show your commitment to inclusion! To further promote this day, we will be having a spirit week this week, March 2nd-6th.

T-Ball: The Recreation Department is seeking interested individuals who would like to work the T-Ball program this Summer. The candidate must possess a high energy level and outwardly show enthusiasm for children. T-Ball applicants must know the game of baseball and the general rules of the game. Pay is $15/hr. If interested, please pick up an application in the Athletic office. Applications must be returned to the Athletic office NO LATER than April 3, 2026.
Swim Instructor: The Recreation Department is taking applications for interested candidates for Summer Swim Lesson Instructors at the Mequon Pool. There will be 2 sessions of swim starting the end of June through July and times are from 9am – Noon. Candidates must be 15 years of age. Pay is $14/hr for swim instructor, $16/hr for lifeguard certified, and $17/hr for WSI certified. If interested, please pick up an application in the Athletic office. Applications must be returned to the Athletic office NO LATER than April 3, 2026.
