Mt. Lebanon High School
Art Show 2020
The Mt. Lebanon High School Art Show is a long standing annual tradition which proudly showcases the most significant pieces of art created by the Advanced Placement Studio Art students along with select works of art created by students from any number of our other art classes. Due to the unprecedented extenuating and most unfortunate circumstances we presently find ourselves in, we agreed that the best solution to a cancelled Art Show was the creation of our first ever Virtual Art Show! All AP artists will complete a total of 20 fully developed works of art by the end of the year, but not all works are able to be shown on this website due to school closures. I continue to be impressed with how our young artists have navigated working with limited artistic resources at home alongside the many stressors we are all experiencing; a wonderful testament to their limitless creativity, unparalleled effort, and ability to persevere! I hope that you will applaud the tremendous effort put forth by these students to create the pieces of art on this website and beyond. Please enjoy the Virtual Art Show as we proudly present stellar works of art by the Mt. Lebanon High School art students in this unique format. But first, we extend heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Duane Lewis for the contribution of his time and talents put towards the website that made this Virtual Art Show possible!
Congratulations to all of my talented students and their families!
