What is your role in the Workday Student Implementation and/or Summit Project?

Responsible for the human resources business function of MHC overseeing management and administration of HCM, payroll, benefits, time and absence, learning, and talent management.

What excites you about the Summit Project and moving to Workday? 

Ultimately streamlining systems and increasing efficiency. Also, improved tracking and reporting.

What are some fun facts about yourself?

I like to say my favorite hobby is DIY/ home improvement projects. Anything from striping my lawn to building stone walls and renovating entire rooms! I love home improvement projects and I joke that if I win the lottery, I'll be a stay-at-home-property manager! Also, I'm a big geek at heart. I don't follow sports at all but can talk all day long about Star Wars, Harry Potter, comics, Game Thrones, etc.
