Institutional Research and Effectiveness
Associate Vice President for Institutional Research and Evaluation
What is your role in the Workday Student Implementation and/or Summit Project?
I am not in an operational role but have a cross-functional role in overseeing the College's data analysis and reporting strategy. Institutional Research is regularly bridging data between departments and systems. Doing this with efficiency is part of the vision for the Summit Project.
How long have you worked at Mount Holyoke College?
More than 7 years, less than 10 years
Which Workday Student workstream(s) are you most affiliated with?
Student Records, Technical (Data, Integrations, Reporting, Security)
What excites you about the Summit Project and moving to Workday?
Opportunities to improve the efficiency of data collection and analysis
What are some fun facts about yourself?
I have been a running enthusiast for about 30 years. I started in high school at the state level and continued in college at the NCAA regional level. I currently race distances from 5K to marathon. My favorite race is probably the Boston Marathon, which I have done 3 times. I have also enjoyed coaching 6-12 grade runners, including my daughter who won 4 cross- country races this year. Having another runner in the family has been a lot of fun.
