New report available for Cost Center Financial Analysts

We’re excited to share a new report: MHC - My Employees for Cost Center Financial Analysts. 

This report shows the payroll structure of all employees within the Cost Center, including the organizational assignment, costing allocation, and budget associated with the employee’s payroll, but will not display actual wages or salary. Cost Center Financial Analysts will be able to see the pay structure within their “home” (aka, organizational assignment) cost center for all employees (faculty, students and staff).

• Please note: The report will only display employees assigned to the home cost center. If an employee is being charged to that cost center due to a costing allocation, that employee will not appear on the report.

In our ongoing effort to simplify reporting, Financial Services is excited to share an update to the budget reports that allows you to get exactly the view you need. You’ll start by running the full report, and then exclude “Ledger accounts” and “Organizations” instead of including all ledger accounts. 

Reports included with this enhancement are: 

• Financial Budget to Actual by Organization

• Financial Budget to Actual by Organization - Non Compensation

• Financial Budget to Actual by Organization with Benefits

• Financial Budget to Actual by Ledger Account

• Financial Budget to Actual with Cost Center.
