Workday Strategic Sourcing, a tool that will help better manage supplier relationships and transactions, is now available.  

What has changed? 

The external supplier self-registration site has been retired. 

What’s new? 

Beginning Monday, March 16, suppliers will now be registered in the system following these criteria: 

How will I know if a supplier I work with has been registered? 

You can check the status of your supplier’s registration status by searching “My Supplier Requests” in Workday. Once a supplier's account is complete, you can then submit a request for payment using the "Create Supplier Invoice Request" task. 

What should I do if I have questions about Strategic Sourcing?

Join Account Payables staff in a zoom session to ask your questions and learn more about Strategic Sourcing! Review the Workday events calendar to find the zoom link and to copy the event to your calendar.
