Over the weekend, Workday performed scheduled maintenance. As part of this update, the link to access Workday has changed. Please update your bookmarks, favorites, email signatures, and any webpages that link to Workday with the following URL: https://wd504.myworkday.com/mtholyoke/login.htmld

For mobile users

Workday will have automatically logged you out during the maintenance window. Following the downtime window, and logging back in, the app should connect as usual. 

If you have difficulty reconnecting on your mobile device, please follow these steps: 

Workday mobile app for iOS (Apple devices):

• Click the Settings app

• Search for Workday and open its settings 

• Scroll down and toggle the switch to ON to “Reset on next launch” (see example screenshot below)

• Exit the Settings app, and open the Workday app

• Enter the Your Organization ID: mtholyoke

Workday mobile app on Android

• Click the Settings app

• Tap Apps, find and tap Workday 

• Tap Storage

• Tap Clear cache or Clear data to clear both data and cache, then tap OK  (see example screenshot below)

• Exit the Settings app, and open the Workday app

• Enter the Your Organization ID: mtholyoke
