We are planning to replace my.mtholyoke.edu and offices.mtholyoke.edu with an updated Drupal platform called connect.mtholyoke.edu. We are currently in the process of securing a hosting provider and anticipate six weeks of development once that process is complete, with a planned launch in late June.

Content migration plans

Content from my.mtholyoke.edu will be moved over by content owners in both virtual and in-person training sessions. These sessions are anticipated to take place in late March and continue through April. A recording of a session will also be made available for content owners to reference as needed.

The content on offices.mtholyoke.edu will be moved over by Marketing & Communications. We will be sending out detailed information to content owners so we can audit what needs to move, what needs to be updated, etc.

We plan to have a short Q&A and review period in May, during which content owners can review migrated content from my.mtholyoke.edu and offices.mtholyoke.edu. You can view the proposed timeline for the migration here.
