Reaching Gold!
The Student Discipline Department takes the lead in the promotion of student discipline, peace, and order of the students and implementation and enforcement of the policies, rules, and regulations of the College.
Aside from taking the role of investigators and decision-makers in the behavioral actions caused by the non-followers of the provisions of the Student Manual, the SDD also offers seminars, campaigns, and fora that forward good norms.

The SDD offers seminars, campaigns, and forward good norms.
Seminar and campaign topics include Academic Honesty, Anti-Bullying, HIV/AIDS Awareness, Anti-Smoking and Anti-Drugs, Basic Life Support, among others.
The emphasis on a transformative approach rather than punitive in student discipline promotes learning and growth by helping students understand the impact of their actions and fostering positive behavior changes.
The Mentoring, Transformational, Collaborative Program of the Student Discipline Department provides various opportunities for students with discipline violations to engage in restorative practices, such as mediated discussions and community service. These activities are designed to help students make amends, develop empathy, and build conflict resolution skills. By addressing the underlying causes of their behavior and encouraging personal accountability, the program supports long-term behavioral improvement and contributes to a positive school climate.
