Mentors are individuals who have completed several years of teaching. There is no required minimum in order to be a Mentor, however consider mentoring if you have completed more than 8-10 years of teaching. Retired teachers are encouraged to register.

Mentors should:
Have an enthusiasm for the choral teaching profession
Be willing to share advice for their Mentee
Be prepared with suggestions and practical applications
ALL Mentees, Partners, and Mentors should:
Approach the mentoring process with an open mind
Treat assigned partners and partnerships with collegiality and respect
Maintain mutual appreciation for varied teaching experiences, however vast or limited.

Observe choral music best teaching practices
Be prepared to share and learn!
