This rationale paper was written to describe why I needed to create a new cultural curriculum, how I decided to complete, the research behind my reasoning, and to explain the final result.

I wanted to ensure that all pertinent information about my project, and it's validity, was easily accessible to the public. To do this, I created a PowerPoint on the importance and research behind intercultural competency. In addition, I recorded a Screen Capture video through Loom that is shared on my Canvas Site.
