My Personal Leadership Philosophy
April 15, 2022
I have been thinking a lot about what makes an effective leader and my Personal Leadership Philosophy or PLP in the field of education.
Even though I am not an administrator, I am still a leader. I lead my students in my classroom every day. I lead my colleagues as the 7th-grade lead teacher. I am a mentor, and I am a leader on the technology committee. So, what guides my decision-making when leading?
Take a look at the video below to learn more about my Personal Learning Philosophy.
