FLex Conference

The presentation I created for the FLEx Conference is an example of my mission to support teachers in their journeys toward teaching for proficiency. My goal in choosing this topic and framing this presentation was to show traditional method teachers that it doesn't take a massive overhaul of curriculum, but rather small changes that can be implemented a little at a time.
