Welcome to my portfolio! I am Alona Shupe, a Spanish teacher outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Here you will find a rich collection of my experiences and perspectives on teaching a language as well as the resources and research I have encountered during my studies at Michigan State University's Master of Arts in Foreign Language Teaching program. To say that the program has shaped and focused my goal as a language teacher is an understatement. I have always been passionate about what and how I teach, but I am now equipped with the skills necessary to critically discuss and defend classroom language teaching with many different strategies and methods
