Macomb County 4-H Sportsmanship Award

How to Apply

 The Macomb 4-H Sportsmanship Award recognizes individuals who are fair‐minded, generous, and considerate in competitive situations and have been helpful to other county 4‐H members and volunteers in club and countywide activities. In particular, they should be individuals who have been positive role models for younger 4‐Hers. Nominations should cite several examples that illustrate outstanding behavior on the part of the nominee in a variety of settings, over a period of years. 

• The deadline to nominate an individual for a Macomb 4-H Sportsmanship Award is 11:59pm on September 30.

Age Requirements

Any 4-H member between 4-H ages 14 -19 

Awardee Receives

One (1) award winner will be selected. The awardee will be recognized at the awards and recognition event and will receive a certificate of recognition, pin and cash award. 

Application Instructions

• Any 4-H member or adult screened volunteer may nominate a 4-H member for this award.
