Macomb County 4-H Individual Community Service Award

How to Apply

 The Macomb 4-H Individual Community Service Award recognizes outstanding club members who have participated in a wide range of community service activities at the club, county, and/or state levels. Applicants should have taken a leadership role in coordinating at least one community service activity, completed a minimum of 20 hours of community service in the year in which they apply, and have completed a minimum of 2 years in 4‐H.  

Age Requirements

Any 4-H member between 4-H ages 14-19 who has completed a minimum of 2 years in 4-H.

Delegates Receive

Up to five (5) delegates will be selected for the Individual Community Service Award. All delegates will be recognized at the awards and recognition event. Each delegate will receive a certificate of recognition.

Awardee Receives

One (1) award winner will be selected from the delegates. The awardee will be recognized at the awards and recognition event and will receive a certificate of recognition, pin and cash award.
