When studying how to use technology effectively in the foreign language class the biggest thing I learned is that it is important to use technology to ENHANCE lessons not as a replacement for traditional paper and pencil activities. The following is a mini-unit I created to use with the novel La Guerra Sucia by Nathaniel Kirby from Fluency Matters. Below that you will find links to websites I find useful and use in my classroom and a technology demonstration of one of the more frequent websites I use in class.

Technology Demonstration using Among Us and Gimkit.
This video is a technology demonstration created to model how to use the popular game Among Us in a language classroom. The second part of the video demonstrates how to use an Among Us type mode of Gimkit called Trust No One. Gimkit allows for teacher created input to customize the material for your students. This allows for input to be comprehensible not direct TL/L1 translations.

This link will bring you to example of how I use textivate to engage students with reading tasks through online games. Textivate allows you to input your own text so I can use material applicable to my students.

Blooket is a trivia style game that offers a variety of games to play with one single text. It can be played to practice vocabulary but I prefer to create reading activities where students need to match sentences from our class stories.
