Biography

Hello! My name is Emily Dahm and I'm the social worker for the 6th grade class at MMS. I received my MSW from Missouri State University and went to SIUE to complete my PEL certification to work in schools. Prior to coming to Mascoutah, I worked in the alternative school setting and loved my time there! When I'm not at work, I love to read, shop at thrift stores, go to trivia with my friends, and spend time with my dog, Nancy Jo (pictured above). 

I love helping the 6th graders navigate the middle school and all the experiences this time in life brings to them. I look forward to what this year has in store and I hope to be a source of support for our students as they complete 6th grade.
