Allison Cugier

Hello! My name is Allison (Alli) Cugier. I am thrilled to be able to work with students at Mascoutah Middle School! My goal is to support students in order for them to feel safe, confident, and connected to others within the academic environment. 

     I started my educational journey at the University of Northern Iowa and graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in psychology. I continued my education at Cal State and earned my Master's Degree in Counseling, with an emphasis in children and family therapy. Once we received military orders to Scott Air Force Base, I moved to Illinois and earned my clinical license in family therapy. I have had the joy of working with children and families in various capacities over the last 20 years from hospice, private practice, military family counselor, and families impacted by foster care. 

I thoroughly enjoy my opportunity to work with Mascoutah students and families. When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my family, rescue pups, run outdoors, and visit anywhere with palm trees.
