Economic and community development is one of the cornerstones of our mission. Programs are designed not only to help individual students aspire higher, but to assist students in better understanding what the Oxford Hills Region has to offer in terms of economic opportunities, community involvement, recreational activities, and so much more. To meet this goal, we work closely with local businesses to partner with district schools to provide students, K-12, the opportunity, early and often throughout their school career, to meet local business leaders, explore their communities, and experience the investment in them as members of the Oxford Hills Region.

Each elementary school and middle school within the district is partnered with a local business to help foster this program. Partnerships have led to increased volunteering in the schools, access to community field trips, financial literacy programs, food insecurity programs, donations of school supplies and other goods, and so much more. We are so grateful for the business partners recognized below!
