The Oxford Hills Community Education Exchange, founded on the values of aspirations, community, and equity, is committed to investing in our region's greatest resource – our students – with the hope of raising their aspirations and increasing the likelihood they will stay in the Oxford Hills community and add to the vibrancy and innovation of the region. We have been providing programming for students, K-12, since 1993 and do so with generous support from local businesses, grants, MSAD 17, Region 11, the Oxford Hills Scholarship Foundation, individual donations, parents/families, students, and volunteer support.
Our Vision: For all students within the Oxford Hills School District to access equitable programming to raise aspirations and receive support from the community, including parents/families and local businesses, which will in turn help fuel the region’s economic development.
Mission: Improving student education by increasing parent, community, and business involvement.
We serve MSAD 17 one of the geographically largest in the state at 475 square miles and comprises eight elementary schools, one middle school, and Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School. The district serves over 3,400 students from eight towns, plus hosts Region 11 technical school.
