Qualifications

Simply put, applicants should 

1. be an international student who has legitimate resident status in Taiwan.

2. have foreign nationality and have never held Republic of China (“R.O.C.”) nationality.

3. have lived overseas for over 6 years.

Failure to meet the above regulations will be rejected from admission.
