All students entering Kindergarten, 2nd and 6th grades are required to have a dental exam prior to May 15 of the current school year.
Each year in the spring, dependent upon the number of participants, the District hosts a dental clinic provided by the Smile Healthy program, which is affiliated with Presence Health. This clinic is open to all students up to age 16, regardless of insurance status. To register your child for the next Smile Healthy clinic, please complete this form and return it to your child's school office. Clinic dates will be posted on the District website as they are set.
