First Time Enrollment
Apply to Moorpark College
Create VCCCD Portal
Turn in MHS DE/CE Enrollment Agreement to Counseling Office
Complete VCCCD MOU (Electronic Form)
MOU Routing: Student --> MHS Counselor --> Parent -->VCCCD College
Receive clearance from VCCCD to your VCCCD email address
Log into VCCCD portal and follow steps to officially register for course
Show your MHS counselor proof of enrollment

Returning Enrollment
Use the VCCCD Class Schedule OR Specific MHS DE CRN Code to select your course(s)
Turn MHS DE/CE Enrollment Agreement into Counseling Office
Complete VCCCD MOU (Electronic Form)
MOU Routing: Student --> MHS Counselor --> VCCCD College
Receive clearance email from VCCCD to your VCCCD email address
Log into VCCCD portal and follow steps to officially register for course
Show your MHS counselor proof of enrollment
Students that have additional questions about Dual Enrollment can come to the College and Career Center every other Wednesday during lunch to speak to the Moorpark College Dual Enrollment counselor.
Fall Timeline
Mid-April: Submit fall application to begin the mandatory pre-registration checklist. Required Tasks: Activate your student portal, update your information, and submit MC-MOU (with required students, parent and counselor signatures), along with Dual Enrollment and MHS Dual/Concurrent Enrollment forms.
Late April: All checklist items must be completed before you can register for classes.
Spring Timeline
Mid-October: Start fall application to begin the mandatory pre-registration checklist.
