Pro Bono Space Program

Upon board review, the decision to award pro bono and discounted space donations is based on overall impact to the center and the community as a whole.

• Applicants may request one-time use, or reoccuring use, of one, or multiple rooms. Please be as detailed as possible with your request so our board can easily understand the value and impact of your request 

• Partners who are approved will have access to the center including the use of WiFi, chairs, tables, and common areas like the lobby, kitchen, bathrooms, and of course free parking. Limited storage options are available but must be approved by the center.

• Approved partners will receive a private code to access and use the center. Codes are configured to work during the partner's approved times of use. The center is available to partners 24/7, as there are no official hours of operation. There is also no staff. The Guinn Center is managed virtually but there is always someone on call close by should you need anything related to the campus.

✅ Must be an active nonprofit organization or an individual from the community. Religious and political organizations are not eligible.

✅ Event must be free to the community and open to attend. Private, invitation only events may require additional information to approve. Ticketed events are not eligible.

✅ Event date must be a Monday-Friday. Weekends are very limited but on occasion, we have space to donate. Requests are based on availability. 

If you meet some but not all of the above criteria, you may request to use our 50% off discount. For this, you must be a registered 501(c)3 organization.

If your offering requires a fee to be paid by the attendee, you can reserve space by visiting events.guinncenter.com.
