We welcome and encourage the community to celebrate life events and host meetings at your local Seminole Heights community center.

100% of proceeds directly benefit the community center and help fund community programming for all.
The Guinn Center is managed virtually but there is always someone on call close by should you need anything related to the campus.
Hosts receive a private code to access and use the center. Codes are configured to work during the approved times of use. The center is available 24/7, as there are no official hours of operation.
There is no staff at the center. Event set up and break down are not included.
Rent a room, multiple rooms, or the entire center. We have rates that fit all budgets.

What's Included
Free parking (two lots available)
Use of chairs and tables (including smaller kid sizes)

Color changing lights (can be set to any color combo you like)

Outside food and drinks are allowed.
Alcohol is permitted but cannot be sold without a licensed vendor onsite.
You are welcome to set up the room(s) however you like.
Common areas are monitored by video surveillance (excludes bathrooms)
30 minute grace period before the event. Additional set up time is part of the rates listed above.
Loading & unloading must be done through the side doors only.
You are given at least one hour to clean up your event. More time is allotted as long as there is not another event after yours. Clean up time does not need to be part of your event.
Security deposit is required. It will be fully refunded pending no stains, damages, or issues.
Deep cleaning fee is required for all events with food and beverages that last more than 2 hours.
50% down payment is required to hold your date. 50% remaining is due 2 weeks before your event.
Monthly invoicing available to hosts with reoccurring, ongoing events.

Room Rates
Treatment Room $20/hr. Great for 1:1 sessions and groups up to 8 people.
Classroom $30/hr. Great for groups with 12-20 people.
Lab $20/hr. Great add-on room for an event, or a private room great for classes and meetings up to 16.
Parlour Room $50/hr. Perfect for parties and meetings with 30-45 people. There is an outdoor area attached available for use.
West Wing $95/hr. Includes the Classroom, Lab, and Parlour.
Great Hall $115/hr. This is our largest room that holds 70-100 people. There is an outdoor area attached, including a covered portion, available for use.
East Wing $125/hr. Includes the Great Hall and Treatment Room.
Entire Center $220/hr. Maximum capacity is 249 people.
Cleaning Fee ranges from $50-$200
Security Deposits range from $150-$500
