Colleges will request you send your official high school transcript to them as part of the application process. Your transcript lists grades you have earned since your freshman year and your GPA (unweighted and weighted). Your transcript does not report your ACT test scores. Transcripts are sent electronically through Naviance. Millard Public Schools does not use Class Rank.
If you are applying to colleges using Common App, then you must "Match" your Naviance and Common App accounts:
Log into Naviance
Click "Colleges I am Applying To"
Click "Match Accounts" and follow directions provided including signing the FERPA Waiver.

If you are not using Common App to apply to colleges, then follow these steps:
Log into Naviance
Click "Colleges I am Applying To."
Click the "+" Button
Type the name of the college you are applying to.
Select the App Type and Select the box "I've Submitted my application" if you have applied before requesting your transcript
Click "Add Application"
