Welcome back to a new school year! I am Megan Wismer and I am so excited to have each and every one of my 5th graders this year.
I received my degree in elementary education and middle grades endorsement from Northwestern College in Orange City. I went on to receive my Masters in Literacy and Library Media from the University of Nebraska Omaha. I have 19 years of teaching experience ranging from 5th - 8th grade classroom and as teacher librarian and technology. This is my seventh year teaching at Wheeler.

When I’m not teaching, I love my time with my family. My husband Andrew and I have three fabulous kids. Levi is 12 and will be in 7th grade this year. My 10 year old, Reid, will be a 5th grader and my daughter Emma, is 7 and will be a 2nd grader!
