Students will demonstrate their learning by creating videos showcasing their mastery of class content. By creating newscasts, vlogs, interviews, short films, screen recordings, and podcasts, they can simultaneously flex their creative muscles and engage in content in more meaningful and interesting ways.
Teachers can sign up with their school account and get all the premium features for free. Then they can create a class link for their students, and students will have access to all features for free too. Use Canva to creat SO many things. Posters, stickers, presentations, GIFs, videos, brochures, google classroom banners, and SO much more.
Offers many of the same features as the Adobe Suite, but in an online formate. Great way for students to create projects including gifs, pictures, memes, videos, fliers and much more. The full Adobe Suite is available on the comuters in the lab.
Students can use the drones to demonstrate their understanding of cardinal directions, the science of aerospace, computer programing in block code and JavaScript, using the camera to take videos and photos, and much more. This is an ever growing field, check out the photos of Beman taken by a drone.
Hapara provides the virtual space for teachers to post content related to a unit of study, including their goals for the unit, relevant resources, student assignments, and criteria for success. Students submit their assignments to teachers via Hapara, which also keeps track of completion status.
Students can view a variety of educational videos relating to class subject matter. Students demonstrate their understanding of the video content by responding to questions and prompts embedded throughout the video.
ClassFlow allows you to make interactive games & activities on your laptop & push them to your Promethean Board. Students can use a class code to log into ClassFlow activities on the Chromebook. Students can participate in a variety of educational games and polls on their Chromebook and see live results on the Promethean Board.
