4th and 5th Grade:

Black pants, black shoes, black socks, and a blue Summit Academy T-Shirt or similar color shirt. Summit Academy T-Shirts can be purchased through our PTO. Any year shirt is fine.
6th-8th Grade and The Academy of Jazz:
6th-8th Grade and The Academy of Jazz:
Black pants, black shoes, black socks, and the red band polo. Shirt should be tucked in, top button unbuttoned. An undershirt is fine as long as it either can't be seen, or it is black. No long sleeve undershirt. Belts should be black. Jewelry is fine as long as it is understated and not excessive. Key word is UNIFORM.

6-8 Red PoLO Purchase Info
The red polo is part of the uniform for all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade band students as well as all participants in The Academy of Jazz. The polo is worn at the concert and festival competitions. They are $12 and are paid through Webpay. You can also watch the video to the left for more help.

Once in, type "Band Polo" in the search bar.
1st result Item should be Band Club - RED POLO SHIRT. Purchase.
At the beginning of the year, your student will be sized up in preparation to make an order. Once the shirts have been ordered and received, shirts will distributed from the list of purchases.
If your child joined later in the year, or you purchased one later in the year, please email me that you did so. We should have a size in stock at that time.
