6th Graders will need a RED BAND POLO. They are $12 on Webpay. Search “Red Band Polo” under Summit Academy.
After you have reviewed all the info, please submit this Google Form (follow link) as the Syllabus Contract. Also HERE is the paper version that I passed out with all the welcome info.
