All current seniors must meet with their School Counselor at their individual Senior Meeting to request their transcript to be sent for postsecondary/college application purposes. Seniors may contact Ms. Lora to schedule their Senior Meeting with their Counselor. Senior Meetings must be scheduled no later than one month prior to the student's earliest/first college application deadline. At the Senior Meeting, students will discuss with their Counselor the colleges they plan to submit an application to.
All initial transcripts for college applications are sent by the student's school counselor through XELLO to the desired colleges.
Midyear transcripts will be sent to colleges/universities through Xello once quarter 2 grades are posted on Southwest transcripts. Counselors know which applications have required midyear transcripts as part of the student's application.
Final transcripts will be sent to colleges once quarter 4 grades are posted on Southwest transcripts, which may happen the week after graduation. Students must complete their Senior Exit Survey to indicate where they want their final transcript to be sent. The Senior Exit Survey will be completed during the school day at the end of May.
