MnDOT Transportation Associates Pathways Program (posted 3/8)
The Minnesota Department of Transportation, Metro District is hiring multiple, temporary, full-time, Laborer General positions to be a part of the Transportation Associate Pathways Program (TAPP). This training program is anticipated to last up to 12 months and is designed to provide participants an opportunity to learn and develop specialized skills, such as performing routine equipment maintenance (calibrate, set up and adjust equipment, etc.), using basic hand tools, performing roadside/roadway maintenance activities (vegetation control, pothole patching, guardrail repair, etc.), operating maintenance vehicles, using computers for data entry, mobile/two-way radio systems and training to obtain a Class A CDL permit with no airbrake restriction and a tanker endorsement.
