Overview:

This course is is a course designed to meet the needs of the beginner as well as the experienced fitness enthusiast, the athlete and the non-athlete. Students will work on strength development and personal fitness through the use of evidence-based strength training principles and conditioning activities.

Test and measurement of fitness, strength, and conditioning will be part of this course for evaluation.

Proper lifting techniques, Strength training, Speed training, Agility training, Physiology of exercise, and various other training methods
